In Wellbeing Coaching, we work on the premises that your physical and psychological wellbeing are impacted by all the different areas of your life. That means that we will look at all aspects of your life to explore what are the hidden blocks or hurdles in your path to help you to overcome them and to become the best version of yourself.
Wellbeing Coaching is a powerful tool to help you to change unhelpful behaviour. Pure coaching is non-prescriptive, I don’t tell you what to do, but in Wellbeing Coaching, I may need to be prescriptive if you don’t know what you need to know in order to reach your health and wellbeing goals.
I listen, reflect back and question what you’ve said and I also challenge assumptions you may make such as negative self-talk and I help you to re-frame how you see yourself. I support you to see what the resistance might be to you achieving your aims. Coaching is empowering, it’s enlightening and it can be fun if you like finding out about yourself!
I’m here to facilitate the change that you need to achieve in order to reach your goals and I help you to gain clarity in where you are currently and where you want to be and what you want to achieve. We will work together to develop plans and strategies to help you to achieve your goals.
