Looking for a long-term solution to weight management?

Would you like better weight-management? Do you have digestive issues or low energy? Are you confused as to what makes a healthy diet?

If the answer to any of the above is yes, then join a small, friendly, informal group for nutritional advice and inspiration on eating for health. The group will meet weekly in Henleaze, Bristol, on Thursday evenings.
You will learn about why diets don’t work and what changes you need to introduce to help you maintain a healthy weight. We will look at blood sugar balance, hormonal balance, ‘good’ fats and ‘bad’ fats, how to reduced the risk of common nutritional deficiencies and much more. There will be ample apportunity for you to ask questions and to discuss what you can do to achieve a healthy diet that is right for you and your family.  And if you are lucky you may have the oportunity to sample new foods!

Note:  these groups are not currently running, but if you are interested for the future get in touch!

Here are a few comments by other participants who have been part of the small group sessions:

“Very informative. Like the informal class, prefer small classes. Really enjoyed trying new foods and learning the truth about food”.
