Eating for health & weight management

Are you looking for a long-term solution to weight management??

If you would like better weight-management then join us. If you have digestive issues or low energy then this group is also for you. And if you are confused as to what makes a healthy diet then you would also benefit from joining us!

There are so many sources of information online regarding health and dieting and with so much of it contradictory and incomplete, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused. If this is you, then joining a small, friendly, informal group for nutritional advice and inspiration on eating for health could be just what you need.

The group will meet weekly in Henleaze, Bristol, on Thursday evenings.
You will learn about why diets don’t work and what changes you need to introduce to help you maintain a healthy weight. We will look at blood sugar balance, hormonal balance, ‘good’ fats and ‘bad’ fats, how to reduced the risk of common nutritional deficiencies and much more. There will be ample apportunity for you to ask questions and to discuss what you can do to achieve a healthy diet that is right for you and your family.  And if you are lucky you may have the oportunity to sample new foods!
