If you feel issues around food are more psychological blocks to change, you may benefit from combining nutritional therapy with counseling. We offer a two-pronged approach alternating nutritional therapy sessions with psychotherapy or EMDR therapy sessions. If you are interested in this and would like to discuss how you might work with me and my husband, registered psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner, Ryan Solomon, we offer a meet and greet session.

I also work with parents whose children have intolerances and behavioral issues. Nutritional intervention can lead to amazing improvements in behaviour, mood and general wellbeing of children. This is an area that is very close to my heart from having seen the incredible improvements in my own children, who presented with very different issues, by finding the right diet and nutritional support for them.
Nutritional therapy sessions in the work place can be fun! Research shows that improving the physical and mental performance of all your staff is cost effective, leading to improvements in employee health and wellbeing, resulting in increased productivity, better creativity and a boost to staff morale.
It can lead to reduced absenteeism, improved productivity and employee loyalty. If you employ numerous members of staff, the cost of implementing nutritional and lifestyle support for health can be more than offset by productivity gains.
